Welcome to this superb apartment of the highest standard, located in the exclusive and new area Reserva Del Higueron between Fuengirola and Benalmadena. Reserva del Higuerón is located on one of Costa del Sol's most exclusive places, between the cities of Fuengirola and Benalmádena. The area is only a ten minute drive and a thirty minute train ride to Malaga International Airport. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirol Bay, while enjoying a relaxing walk to the beach. There is a local bus around the area in the days that is completely free to use. In the area you will find all the amenities you need such as Gym, Tennis and Paddle Facilities, Restaurants, Sky Bars, Shops, Spa Facilities and more! The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with A / C and storage, of which the master bedroom has a walk in closet and its own en-suite. There beds sleep a total of 7. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV, WIFI and A / C in all rooms. There is 2 Parking spaces included. The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels.
