Welcome to this wonderful penthouse right in the heart of Los Boliches, just behind Hotel Yaramar and just a few meters from the manicured beach. The apartment has a private and sunny roof terrace with lovely views of the hotel's pool area and the Mediterranean Sea. Los boliches is a very nice area in Fuengirola that is known for being alive all year round, international restaurants and bars as well as the shopping street. There are also paddle facilities, a gym, kilometers of beaches and a train station that takes you to and from the airport in just under 40 minutes as well as all the way to Malaga City. When you step into the completely renovated apartment, you are met by an open floor plan with sofa and TV on the right, the fully equipped kitchen on the left and dining area straight ahead. As this is a studio, you also have a large double bed and a modern bathroom.
