We can verify that this fantastic seafront property is situated on the third floor. Free T.V/Wifi is available.The property has 1 bedroom x 2 single beds and 1 bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge which will sleep a further guest, this means we can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.The apartment has air conditioning /heating in the lounge & bedroom The south west facing balcony gets the sun until late, perfect for relaxing with a drink or reading a book, it overlooks the well maintained garden and 3 pools one of which is a shallow pool safe for children. The garden around the pool has wheelchair access. The apartment has a new modern fully equipped kitchen. Also, the bathroom was refurbished recently and there is now a walk-in shower, toilet, wash-basin & washing machine. Two reasonably sized lifts serve the apartment, each suitable for wheelchair users. We provide everything you would need for a self catering holiday.

Great Location

Nice apartment near train station and bus stops. Also very near beach, with eateries and small supermarkets nearby. Easy check in/out process.

Great location

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks in March – April 2023. On check-out, we paid 110 euros for the electricity used (not included in the rental rate). The apartment description on the web site is accurate. Some general comments: • The kitchen is small, but has everything needed (with the possible exception to a dishwasher) • The bathroom was modern and worked well • The beds could have been more comfortable – upgraded mattresses would be nice. The check-in, check-out process with Simon was very easy. The balcony was the entire width of the apartment and overlooked the pool. It faced west, so got the afternoon sun. The pool was open but was fairly cool. The complex was clean and well maintained. There is a supermarket and bakery on the ground level of the complex, both open 7 days a week. There are 2 larger supermarkets within 600 to 800 meters. Across the street is a sandy beach, which extends for miles. An easy walking promenade is along the beach. There are all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, ice cream stores and souvenir stores within easy walking distance. The apartment is about 600 meters from the Los Boliches train station and 250 meters from a municipal bus stop, so it is easy to get around.

Great location

This apartment was ideal for location, a few steps from the promenade with a well stocked supermarket on the corner The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony overlooking the pool was a sun trap. Simon showed us around when we arrived and explained how the sun blinds and air con worked. A great stay and the weather was hot!

Perfect relaxing break

Ideally located both for the sun and surroundings

This is the first time we have stayed in Palm Beach, having stayed in the area many times. The apartment was lovely and had just had a new kitchen fitted, but the west facing balcony was superb as it caught the sun from midday to sunset, plus it looked out onto a well maintained pool and gardens. We had a problem with the hot water boiler the day after we arrived but it was sorted and fixed in no time at all after a quick phone call. Bus stops and train station are just a few minutes walk as is the beach.

Palm Beach Apartment

Overall the apartment was fine, well situated for beach and amenities, the only criticisms to be made were , the air -con , confined to one room, and the added cost of the T.V. and WiFi. We discussed these concerns with Simon before we left and he explained the reasons as to why these were added costs. to the overall bill. In general very happy stay and Simon was a great help and made himself available for help and advice

Los boliches 2019

From booking this property in January, to arriving in July was totally stress free .this one bed clean and spacious apartment is in the best location. 5mins from the train station and 2 mins from the beach front, supermarket , chemist and some of the best places to eat and drink we also made full use of the pools which are maintained every day and a lifeguard is always present I would highly recommend this apartment to any one.

Nice clean apartment , loved the location. Too many personal ornaments around. Had to put shoes in drawer as no where to put them. The balcony was brilliant , had sun nearly all day.Could do with somewhere to leave cases before and after.

Looked ok but a few things need improvement

Unfortunately on day of arrival there was a serious water leak from shower room ceiling so had plumbers etc in and out. Was still not resolved on the day we left so lived for a week with buckets etc.and mop in shower room. One bed squeaked terribly (did tell the agent Simon and he said maybe because "it's the end of the season". We expect the same quality whether beginning or end of season so did not accept that excuse. The air con was 1euro for three hours (it was on a timed meter) but if you turned air con off after say 1 hour the timer still went down. This does not seem fair as you don't always want it on for 3 hours

Great apartment, wonderful location

Just back from a one week stay in palm beach. Fantastic holiday. Apartment was great, directly across from beach and nearby plenty of restaurants and bars. Simon was really helpful and we were able to check in early as we’d arrived on a morning flight. Will definitely return.

Just back for a great week at Palm Beach, Simon and Dawn were really helpful in the build up to the holiday and we would certainly consider staying here again. The apartment was perfect for the three of us in a great location, right on the beach with a view overlooking the excellent pool.

Family holiday mother , daughter, granddaughter and sister. the apartment was in a terrific spot with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The flat was clean and the booking, pick up and communication was faultless. We had a lovely holiday and would return. The sofa bed was a great size and really easy to erect even my 8yr old granddaughter could do it. The reason I made this property 4star and not 5 was the towels need upgraded and the drawers in the bedroom although large and adequate were stiff to open and I had difficulty as I have R.A. You can see the apartment has been an on going improvement and they are considerate of there clients. We used the washing machine and it was great, also the shower was terrific. This apartment met all our needs and we hope to return in the future.

Nice property, great location near beach

Stayed at apartment for 7 nights, we had early flights and luckily simon and dawn let us in early so we could make best use of the day. We have stayed in the building before it has a great pool and garden area which is tendered to and cleaned everyday. Visited the owners bar for nice cocktails would definitely recommend it's the Caribbean Bar just a nice stroll down the beach. One recommendation for owners and this is not at all a critissm as you cannot fault the place but extra chairs to take down to pool, an umbrella and cool box would be a great asset for other travelers will definatinately be visiting again

Fantastic location

We were advised to call Simon once we arrived at Malaga airport which we done he asked us to get off the train 1 stop before Los Boliches which we did. We thought it was really kind of him to offer to pick us up from the station and transport us to the apartment. When he picked us up (11.50 hrs) he advised us that the apartment was not ready for us and that he had arranged with a local bar owner to open the bar early for us and we could either have a drink there or leave our cases there and go for a walk. As we were not comfortable leaving our luggage with strangers we chose to stay in the bar and have a drink. Once we arrived at the bar Simon advised us that the bar was owned by himself and his wife which we didn't have a problem with. Simon left us at the bar as he said he had a few things to do. As the day went on it became apparent that we had been conned so we had no other option than to sit in their bar ordering drinks until Simon seen fit to come back for us. The whole point of us getting an early flight was to enable us to be unpacked and on the beach in the afternoon and as Simon was no where to be seen we realised this was not going to happen. Simon made an appearance 15.30 - 15.45 to ferry us to the apartment his business he seemed to be attending to seemed to be washing his car (really important ) Once we were dropped off we had a great holiday and would deffinateley be returning to this area although we will not be going through Simon as it seemed as if this is a scam that he does with people to enable people to spend money in his bar. We were only in Malaga for a short break of 4 days and due to Simon we feel as if we totally lost our 1st day. Once we got back from holiday we realised that Simon is acting as a property manager for the property and not the owner, I wonder how the owner would feel if they found out he was putting off potential bookings by his underhanded tactics.

Simon and Dawn gave us a good preinformation about how to reach Palm Peach. They were allso wery helpful to answer the questions we had. Appartmet was very suitable for us. There was all we needed for our daily life. The logation was exellent too. Only the beds could have been better.

Andalusien zum Kennenlernen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko war die derzeit bestehende Baustelle vor der Tür, sodass wir den zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz nicht nutzen konnten. Die Parkplatzuche war jedoch aufgrund der Vorsaison immer erfolgreich.

Beautiful location, nice place, great views

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Beach. The apartment is well equipped and has a very big balcony with sun until late. The complex was clean and well maintained. There is a bakery on the ground level of the complex. Across the street is the beach and lots of nice restaurants. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. We will return next year!
