Selbstverständlich gebe ich Ihre Anmerkung mit den fleckigen Teppichen an unser Housekeeping weiter um hier umgehend Maßnahmen abzuleiten. Als wir dieses Hotel übernommen haben, war es unsere Vision eine Ort zu entwickeln an dem unsere Gäste sich rundherum wohl fühlen. Aus unserer Sicht wird das Wohlbefinden unsere Gäste maßgeblich vom Kontakt mit unseren Mitarbeitern beeinflusst. Aus diesem Grund legen wir höchsten Wert auf die Interaktion zwischen Mitarbeiter und Gast und hoffen Sie auf diese Weise zu überzeugen zu können.
