clean room, parking available but might be tight. we checked out the 4D theatre attached to the other side of the hotel after checking in. It was a bit tacky but that's 4D for you..but we appreciated the 4D tour since we couldn't get tickets to see the inside of the nearby castles.

Clean safe great location. Came here a day before castle tour as that is an ordeal in itself. Bus to castle right outside and the hotel even gave us a free bus ticket. Breakfast was good and inexpensive at hotel also. Rather confusing inside of hotel with various incongruous floors doors etc. I would stay here again.

This was an ideal location for us, a three minute walk from the train station right in old town Füssen. Easy to walk around the old town to shop and eat. Very easy to catch the bus right outside the train station to the castles. If you happen to have a car there’s a parking lot in the back. The rooms were big and had all the conveniences we needed.

They added charges for some fussen card like I had no option. I also only asked to be charged for breakfast for one day since we were checking out prior to breakfast starting the next day. I am not a super picky person, but I hate when I am charged more than agreed. They also would not let my husband back in the building after he ran to the car after hours. He forgot his key and phone in the room.

Run away!

When we get in the room, there was a strong smell of cat pee. The floor was also very dirty. For sure, the clean house was not done. I did not sleep as I was afraid to stay there. I went to the reception to tell the lady. She provided me a spray to change the smell and that was it. The breakfast buffet not worth it (13 euros). At 8:30 in the morning, only 4 slices of bread and 2 bananas were remaining. The fruits were canned fruits. Do not go to this hotel. Run away!

The rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved that the floors were tile and not carpet. The beds were comfortable and there was storage for our clothes. There was a small fridge and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was great for hauling luggage. Breakfast was a good price and a buffet with several delicious options.

Great hotel to stay in - quite literally in the center of the city. There was lots to do, see and eat very close by. The owner was informative and gave great advice during our stay. We found a pub nearby that had great local options and great service as well. Very close to castles in the area and easy parking. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh

It was located in town so getting to restaurants and shops was easy. I was disappointed in the fact that construction was going on to its exterior, but I guess it was necessary. Very clean!!
