The holiday home with the two holiday apartments is detached on the owner's 2000 sqm residential property just 300 m from Bodstedt harbour. The owner is only occasionally on site for professional reasons. This apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms on the upper floor via steep stairs (1 x double bed, 1 x rollaway bed) as well as shower/WC and central heating. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Ceiling height on the upper floor approx. 2.10 metres. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, W-LAN and car park. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site.



Pets are allowed in this property. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



Bodstedt is located south of the Fischland - Darß - Zingst peninsula on the Bodstedter Bodden. It is approx. 7 km to the Baltic Sea beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst and approx. 4 km to the small town of Barth. In the village there is a restaurant, harbour with passenger boats, cycle paths and a beach. Zeesboot trips and surfing school on the Bodden possible. Horse riding is possible at several riding stables in the neighbourhood. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, the conditions here are ideal for birdwatching.
