This recently renovated, single-storey house (2025) is set on a 338 m² private, fenced plot that is ideal for families and guests traveling with pets (allowed on request). The rural setting in the immediate vicinity of the forest and the Bodden creates a calm environment, while the nearby Baltic Sea beach is approximately 10 km away. The holiday home is designed to host up to eight people, with two bedrooms and a spacious living area.

The house comprises a light-flooded living room with parquet flooring, a cozy sofa and armchairs, as well as a dedicated dining area. The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee and tea machines, toaster, water kettle, and a variety of kitchen utensils.
