The room was even better than we'd expected - very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. They provided all amenities you could need. The staff were super friendly with the check in process and all questions we had about travelling around the area. They offer free parking, and is in a very convenient location to walk or drive.

In general, the hotel was nice, has good amenities, we especially enjoyed the common area with TV and free cold and hot beverages. The only thing we didn't like was that the Ryokan was too cold, but we turned the AC and the sleeping area improved, however the bathroom had a bad sewage smell. Other than this, we liked the comfy futons and the good location. Also, the staff was nice and friendly.
