部屋は清潔感が有り綺麗でした。 モダンな内装で設備的には十分満足出来ます。 素泊まりには少し割高なのと、庭の雑草が生えっぱなしなのが少し残念でしたがいい時間を過ごせました！

・掃除が行き届いてなく、犬の毛などが多く落ちていた。 ・テラスの階段に、前に宿泊していた方が犬のふんを置いて帰っていた。 ・とにかく隣の宿泊客が夜までうるさく、寝れなかった。構造状からか、隣の階段を駆け上がったり 　下りたりする音が大きく響く、話声も響く ・洗浄機がない為、皿など洗って乾かす手間がおおくかかった。せっかく休暇にきていても 　その手間がかからないほうが良いと思う。 ・箱根、八ヶ岳の宿泊施設は洗浄機はなかったけれども、そのほかは良かった為にリピートさせてもらいましたが 　今回は値段も高いうえに満足して帰れなかった。

設備が新しいため、非常にきれいでかつ地域的な事も考えられ床暖房があるなど良かった。ただ隣の宿泊者が22時ころ以降大きな音楽で大騒ぎして、夜中1時過ぎまで大声は出すわ、床をかかとから落とすようにドタドタ歩くので正直全く寝ることができなかった。こちらはペット連れなので気を使っていたが、全く意味がない。ペットを連れているような感じを受けなかったので、ペット泊建屋に通常の宿泊者も入れているのであれば問題だと思う。 大学生のメンバー化わからないがそこそこの人数はいたようなので、本当に憤慨している。要するに建屋が一緒の3部屋分は音がかなり聞こえるのでこういう馬鹿がいると本当に迷惑で快適に過ごすことはできない。設備は良いのに実にもったいないと思った。

犬同伴OK庭付きだったので期待して行きましたが、日当たりが悪く地面が湿っていて、きのこがそこら辺に生えていたり、芝が全然生えていなくて残念でした。 さらに鳥の死骸があり、チェックインしてすぐ運営に連絡しましたが対応が遅く、夕御飯を食べ終わる頃に連絡があり、回収に来れないと言われました。 他には風呂場では前に使用された方のゴミが残っていたり、壁が薄く、隣の人の声が聞こえました。 他にも細かく言うと、まだまだたくさん言いたい事はありますが、とても金額に見合っているとは思えませんでした。 とてもおすすめ出来ません。

施設は満足しましたが、掃除がきれいにされていないところが何ヵ所かあったのは残念でした。 ①トイレの照明にほこりがたまってたこと ②バーベキュー用のホットプレートに食べ物が付いてて、不潔だったこと ③庭は草ボーボーで、きれいな状態ではなかったこと ④テラスに死んだ鳥がいて処理をお願いしたけど、すぐ対応ができなくて言われた場所に自分たちで持っていくしかなかったこと もう少し清潔な空間にしてほしいと思います。

犬連れで2泊してしまいました。 1泊目の夜11時にに火災報知器鳴り 寝れませんでした。 （若者達のBBQによる誤作動だそうです） 企業側のコンセプトはわかりますが… 金額と内容はつりあっていません。 掃除を含め利用された方はお分かりになると思います。 大人が利用するのではなく 若い方が多数で利用する事 は良いかと思います。 正直、残念でした。

新しく、全てにおいてキレイで居心地が良く、最高でした。犬2匹連れて行きましたが、専用ドッグランも十分な広さで、犬達も満喫していました。犬用のご飯や、人間用のサプリメントまでプレゼントしてもらい至れり尽くせり。。人工温泉どんなものかと思ってましたが、お肌ツルツルになり、何度も入りました。サウナも大人2人が入れる広さ！！隣の声も聞こえないし、ストレスが全く無い。絶対にまた泊まりに行きます！！
