I booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji, but the actual view was obstructed by power lines. I was given a room on the second floor, which was disappointing. However, the breakfast was delicious and clean. The hotel itself was clean, and there was also a souvenir shop inside.

Please fix it

I usually stayed at this hotel every year. It is at great location. However this time I stayed at 407 which had huge odour like sewage from toilet for 3 nights. Hope the hotel takes it seriously to fix it because it was unpleasant and unsanitary. After I checked out this hotel and went back to Tokyo where the hotel I am staying has no odour.

Older, simple property. Small spaces, but adequate. Clean and great staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Right by train and bus station huge plus. Also, near Aeon grocery/mall great for meals and shopping. Near lots of great food. Also, bus station nearby goes to other destinations like the beautiful falls. Can see Mt. Fuji especially in the mornings when stepping outside or from balconies if housekeeping leaves doors open-was a great photo opp. Some rooms have views, was booked up when we stayed. Would stay here again.
