Front desk employees couldn’t speak English. Asked for 30 minutes late check-out, and she said we need to pay 1,000 yen for 30minutes. No flexibility!! Kindness is the key at hospitality, but they don’t know how to smile. Room & bathroom was OK, breakfast was good!

The staff and service are superb, the rooms are spacious, and all the amenities you need are available. The showers are fantastic and don’t leak! Overall, it was an extraordinarily good stay and excellent value.

It is as expected for a standard 3-4 star business hotel in Japan. Limited service, outsourced breakfast etc. It’s perfect for a city holiday where you will not be spending much time at the hotel. The only pain point for us is the lack of counter space in the bathroom which makes it very inconvenient. Adding a stool of small table would be ideal.
