Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze.

The location and floor layout is great, very spacious and functional. Having a washing machine helps. The only problem we encountered was during the check in process. Instructions on how to check in was not clear, so much confusion and frustration. I would suggest they also include English in the email.

Lived for 7 days, the overall experience is pretty good, place is clean. A lot of restaurants around the hotel which is quite convenient for us. The only comment is the rubbish bin is not big enough especially staying here for 7 days.

Room was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a short stay. Love the washer in the room as it saved us from packing too much. The only issue we had was the slippers were uncomfortable but thatโ€™s not really the hotelโ€™s fault. The other complaint I have is the noise - you can hear everything and we were on the 3rd floor. There is no noise insulation. The AC can be loud too and distracting as it runs through the night. Bring earphones.

This was a very strange property to stay at, with good and bad aspects. On the good side, the room was clean and new, comfortable beds, nice little kitchen. However the down side of this place was the traffic noise. The room faced a very busy street and the windows offered no sound insulation whatsoever. We had to wear earplugs every night and even then the noise from trucks and motorcycles was non stop. Iโ€™m sorry but this was not a quiet or restful place.
