Front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Our flight going back home was at 8:30pm so we requested a late check out. Front desk informed us that if we checked out anytime after 1pm check out we will be charged. We decided to check out at 1pm and have them hold our luggage. Upon checking out they informed us that we will be charged. We explained what we were told the previous night they told us โ€œsorry for the misunderstandingโ€ and then demanded we pay. The amount we were charged wasnโ€™t a problem but the way we were treated was a deal breaker. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Maybe put on your online hotel description that Tattoos are not allowed in public bath. I already expected it but some onsen allow tattoos. Possibly I may have chose to stay at another hotel but I am very happy with the property and the staff

The interior featured a clean and sophisticated design incorporating traditional Japanese elements, and the desk layout made the room easy to use and work in. Overall, the staff were generally helpful; however, I was concerned about the attitude of one Japanese woman at the front desk. As a Japanese person myself, I asked a question about the local area, and the staff member who assisted me (who was not Japanese) tried to look it up online to answer. If it were something I could find online, I wouldnโ€™t have asked. The Japanese woman, despite being nearby and not attending to any other guests, remained completely indifferent and unresponsive. Her lack of courtesy was disappointing and felt like the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant hotel experience.
