The hotel is really new! They provide all amenities needed to make the stay a comfortable one. For the rate it charges, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised! Tenjin area has many good restaurants which are within walking distance. However, if you are going to sign up for tours, Hakata may be a better choice as the pick up place is often at Hakata.

The room was not really clean and actually quite dirty, some food pieces were still on the floor near the bed. So much dust covered on the table and the coffee machine, l was actually quite shocked about the cleanliness of this hotel. At night when the restaurant on the ground floor was closed, a bad smell was so strong when we were waiting for the lifts and it happened every night. I will never stay in this hotel again for sure and will not recommend it to anybody.

The hotel is located conveniently to station and Tenjin area. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Fukuoka and planning to enjoy good food. We stayed at this hotel for almost a week. We tried the breakfast buffet. It was not included in our stay and there was no discount for hotel guests. The buffet style breakfast included variety of local food. The only negative aspect was that we lost our key and the hotel charged us with 2000 yen.
