Very courteous staff! The rooms were extra clean and perfect amenities. Good location since there is the airport train line right next to the hotel. The shopping center is just a few blocks just one train stop. Ruins and Ohori Park are just a few blocks from hotel. Delicious and healthy breakfast catering to many guests. Great coffee :-).

Ideal location, far enough to be away from the noise but near enough to get to the central tenjin area quickly. Stay was comfortable and hotel staff were excellent; they helped with my deliveries which I really appreciated.

This hotel is perfect for budget travelers who only need some place to sleep. I would not stay here if I want to treat myself. Hotel staff members were very professional. Unfortunately, the Nestle coffee machine was leaking. It almost stain my purse. I would recommend people to check whether anything is broken.
