There were on site staff for parking that I felt safe to leave my car. There was also a staff at the public bath entrance, ensuring safety of the hotel guests. The hotel offers excellent breakfast buffet.

Fukuoka Convenience

Everything was satisfactory with the hotel, especially the breakfast which was varied and delicious. The pajamas were a nice touch. The pillows, however, felt like a sack of rice. The hotel allowed us to leave our big luggages while we went to another city for 3 days and returned to the hotel for the last leg of our stay. The luggages were efficiently brought to our new rooms without our asking. The location was a good walk to and from a subway line. There are several convenience stores and a supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent customer service and LOVED the huge bed and rooms. Lot of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel and really close to the Watanabe-Dori subway station. Will definitely be staying here when we come back to Fukuoka.
