This is my third time staying here and it did not disappoint! It is a pricey stay, but well worth it for a weary traveller who needs a bit of luxury, especially after a 12 day bike ride around Shikoku. This time I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was superb. There's not one thing that I don't like about this hotel and the location is brilliant as well.

Proximity to the train station which is also the hub for busses, subway, shinkansen train systems, department store, restaurants as well as pick up and drop off point for day tours and taxi rank is a huge bonus. The staff were always pleasant and on hand and keen to help. Breakfast at the hotel while not a huge range was substantial enough for my needs. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean, roomy and practical (ie. Can isolate from the sleeping area). Spa and swimming pool is handy but didn't use the gym so can't comment.
