福岡に 伺った際は、よく 利用させていただいております。スタッフさんは 皆さん 笑顔で ご対応くださり、親切です。お部屋は広く、清潔で、立地も最高に良く、満足です。ただ 以前は お部屋に ペットボトルの お水が 用意されていたかと 思いますが、環境に 優しいホテルを目指されているとのことで、自分で 廊下にある 給水所に 行くのが 非常に面倒でした。その点だけ、なんとか 改善いただけたら 嬉しいです。あと、ロビーにある カフェの営業時間が もっと 長ければ 有難いてます。

The room is clean and really spacious, the area is safe yet near Hakata station. There's a proper drop-off to get taxis.The staff are also helpful with request such as loans of umbrellas and how to sort out the parking requests. Many amenities within the room. Only shortcomings are lacking of self-service laundry and the onsen is fairly small. I ordered something and the staff helped me to keep and delivered to the room. Excellent service. Will stay here again if opportunities arise.
