I would never stay here again

The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. The floors were covered in hair and dust, the washer was unclean, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since the place itself is nice. I was asked to email them with pictures, but the owner didn’t offer a new place and mentioned that the cleaner wasn’t available at night. They only said they would inform the cleaner about the issues. Although this place is more affordable than other hotels, I would never stay here again.

設備はとても綺麗で、オシャレでした。少し清掃が出来ていない所と、布団の汚れ、排水の匂いが気になりましたがその他は満足でした。チェックインがわかりにくく、タブレットが充電中だった為、チェックインに時間がかかりました。

Okay for 1 night if you aren’t picky

The apartment itself is nice and spacious, but it wasn’t clean. There was dust everywhere, and there were long black hairs in the bathtub (we are all blonde). You can’t sleep on the bed on top of the sofa because you can feel the metal through the very thin futon. The other futons are also very thin, so it feels like you’re lying on the floor. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well either. On the positive side, the location is nice, with a 7/11 and plenty of restaurants nearby.

色々と設備が整っており、良かった。只、掃除機に吸引力が無く、絨毯に髪の毛が沢山。洗濯機のネットが真っ黒。冷凍庫の霜。が気になりました。

アパートに生活しているように過ごせるのは良かった。清掃は行き届いているかちょっと不安だった。隣の部屋の騒ぐ声は筒抜けです。

まず部屋に入ると、フローリングにもカーペットにも髪の毛がいっぱい落ちてました。1才の子どもも一緒に泊まったのですが、その時点で衛生的に泊まらせたくないと思ってしまいました。お風呂、トイレはそこまで気にならなかったですが、やっぱりリビングのカーペットと、他の方の口コミにもあったようにロフトの布団が髪の毛だらけでした。シーツも枕カバーもシワシワで、畳み方もくしゃくしゃ、前に使った人のまま感満載でした。ホテルとして経営するなら、シーツ等は毎度洗濯することが必須だと思います。ロフトの布団は薄くて腰が痛くなりました。二段ベッドの上のベッドはまだ寝易いです。 2階の部屋の人が0時すぎても足音物音笑い声がうるさく、全く寝付けませんでした。また朝も早くから物音足音が聞こえたので、早朝に目が覚めて全然休めませんでした。ゆっくり休みたい人には不向きです。私たちは値段重視で宿泊を決めてしまいましたが、安いのには理由があるんだなと身をもって体感しました。子連れにはおすすめできません。

몇까지만 빼면 좋았어요

가족 여행하면서 편안하고 좋았어요. 다만 그릇이 부족했고 수저도 없고요. 벙음이 천혀 난되어서 시끄러워서 잠자기가 힘들엇고.... 청소가 다 끝났는데도 체크인 시간이 안되었다고 가방 보관을 안해주어서 조금 힘들었어요

キッチンの換気扇が埃まみれでした。洗面台から下水の匂いがしました。お皿をもう少しとコップを準備していただけたら良かったです。それ以外は満足でした。

일본살이 느낌으론 최고

18년식 신축건물 후쿠오카국제선에서 무료셔틀타고 국내선터미널이동후 일반버스를 타고 토코2쵸메정류장서 걸어서 10분정도 냉난방에어콘 및 뜨거운물 잘나오는 욕조와 샤워기, 세탁기,냉장고,조리시설 일본살기 느낌으로 최고이고.. 호캉스가 아닌이상 비좁은 비지니스호텔보다 저렴한 이곳이 최고의 선택. 근처에 카와세미 오코노미야키등 괜찮은 식당이 있고 얼마안되는 거리에 후쿠오카현청이 있어서 이 주변에도 괜찮은 식당이 많음. 다만 하카타역까지는 버스나 도보로 25분소요..단점 my route앱 24시간 무료패스가 있다면 맘놓고 버스타면 되지만 어차피 토코2쵸메까지 10분은 걸어야 함. 외부인 입실이 불가하지만 방안에 체크아운용 태블릿으로 챗팅해서 물으면 1인에 1200엔 비용 청구함. 몇시간놀러오던 1박이던.. 1200엔이듯. 24시간 CCTV가 있어서 발각시 강제퇴실될수 있음. 태블릿으로 답이 늦긴 해도 새벽 2시에도 문의가 가능했음. 근처 요시즈카역에 24시간 sunny슈퍼가 있어서 밤에 근처 식당 문닫고 출출할때 야식꺼리 사와서 조리해먹거나 렌지에 댑혀먹어도 좋음.
