I had a pleasant stay overall! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location is super convenient just a short walk from Hakata Station. The room was also more spacious than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the elevator it’s extremely small and very slow. I stayed on the 11th floor and often had to wait quite a while to get down 😅

Very comfortable and clean multi day stay!

The rooms were well organized, clean and had the space as described. The beds were very comfortable. And my child (10yo) stayed free as she shared a bed with us. She was also given a small bag of amenities with her own slippers as well! The staff were very helpful and they were also able to hold a few of our luggage just over a week as we travelled into central/southern Kyushu before returning for another stay back in Fukuoka. This helped immensely. Location was also great, roughly 10 min walk to Hakata station and Canal City so it was a very convenient location.

Great choice near the Hakata train station

This was my first experience with a Japan Rail managed hotel and I was very pleased with the service and the room I got was very nice for the price. Very well situated and quiet. I would go back in a heartbeat. Even the price for breakfast was reasonable. I recommend this place to anybody.
