The location was good for me, and it was great to use the Spa pool for free. Although the room condition was great, there was smell (kind of stale urine smell) from the bathroom which was unpleasant as I could still smell with the door closed while sleeping. I strongly suggest that the hotel to sanitize the walls and the floor around the toilet bowl.

Check-in is very smooth, and they are able to store you lugge if you arrived early. This is quite important because coin lockers available in the Hakata station are very limited The room is large enough, and the onsen is quite great and easy to access as well.
