The Space
The layout was built for large groups. An open living area that fits everyone, a dining setup that seats the whole group, a kitchen stocked for real meals. Nothing fancy for the sake of fancy — just a well-configured home that works hard for the people staying in it.

Sleep Setup
Three bedrooms cover every configuration a family needs. The primary bedroom has a King bed for the best night's sleep after a long day at the parks. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. The third has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle — the full bottom sleeps 2, one on top, and one on the trundle, so up to 4 kids share one room comfortably. Two full bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly for a group of 8.

What's Waiting for You
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook as a family — pots, pans, plates, utensils, and a Keurig with pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. Solar-powered central air keeps the home cool all day without guilt. A tankless water heater means back-to-back hot showers with no waiting. The Nest thermostat keeps everything dialed in. Keypad entry means no keys to manage — your unique code arrives before check-in.

Outside

We enjoyed our stay in Fullerton. Jimmy kept in contact before and during the stay often and instructions for the house use were very accurate. The house was comfortable and we had plenty of room for us and our adult children. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and is extremely close to Disney and the Angels Stadium which are two places we went while visiting southern CA.
