The home was very comfortable with what seems to be newer furniture and very spacious. The pool was clean and warm. Kyle was very accommodating with our schedule. Check in was easy and check out tasks were reasonable. We left an item there and were notified immediately which helped us get it back quickly. We will definitely be back for our next local staycation. Thank you!

Good space for family of 5

We have a family of 5 with the kids ranging from 16-20 a girlfriend. The space was great as we were not on top of each other. There are individual window units in each room which was great because each of us like a different temperature. There was a unit in the living room/dining room/kitchen that did a great job of keeping that part cool. However, it was sooooo hot when we checked in and it took it a couple of hours to cool off. It would have been nice for them to be already on.We love ice but the ice maker on the fridge did not work. We let them know and they literally ordered ice trays for us which was great!The beds were the most comfortable beds that any of us have slept in!! The pillows were great tooo. When we got there there were literally trash cans at the curb that were overflowing with trash, beer boxes and extra recycle stuff was left by the hedges. It wasn’t a pleasant site. There were cigarette butts in the front area by the door and by the pool area along with used bandaids. I don’t think the cleaners looked at those areas unfortunately. The floors weren’t very clean either because my kids white socks were black by the time they got to bed. However, it is all tile so I know it could have been us tracking in some of that dirt too!The pool was great! It was so nice to be able to relax and get some sun on our non-Disney days.We chose to drive and pay for parking at Disney. It was a nice little drive and the neighborhood was so quiet.
