Not bad hotel if you would like to save money

It is small than I expected and far from the stations. But front desk people are nice and 24 hours check-in.

Great hotel for the Funabashi location.

There's always staff available and they were always polite. The location is a bit far from central Tokyo (~55min), but if you're trying to have easier access to Narita airport, then this is a good location.

古いところはいなめないが、お風呂とトイレをリフォームされたのか，非常にきれいで気持ちよかった。天候の関係で延長してもらったが，スタッフの対応も大変素晴らしく1時間千円で，助かりました。お部屋の電気も変えたのか，とても明るく行動しやすかった。クーラーもコントローラで細かく設定出来るので、気持ちよくすごせました。

外出時に鍵をフロントに預けるタイプのホテルで、今時珍しいと思うとともに、少し、不安にもなりました。全知らない人でも一目で、どの部屋に人がいるのかいないのかがばれてしまいます。ベッドは問題なかったです。枕を追加できて、寝やすかったです。

安い割に綺麗です。設備が若干古いですが、素泊まりなら気にならない。必要なものは揃ってます。一部屋の大きさは関東圏の標準的なビジホです。東京と違いホテル周辺は静かなので安らぎます。
