There is an outdoor communal swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! Swimming pool and Gardens situated above street level via stairs from outside Apartment Patio area.
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden, shared only with the owners of the house above the apartment.

The Apartment is situated on Ground level street. Entrance via locked gate into Court yard, Patio area with chairs and Table for two. BBQ Grill and washing line for drying clothes. Doors to apartment are louvre shutters lockable, also double sliding window doors.


As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player.


The only windows are the large double doors, which look out onto court yard, Patio, and street level. The Apartment is not a basement underground. It is below the house, but on the street level. The house Gardens and pool are on the first floor.
There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a king bed.
Two bedside tables, and a 3in1 lamp,clock and mobile phone charger. Also a De-humidifier.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower. AUTOMATIC EXPEL AIR, as there is no window in the bathroom.


Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. A 50 euro deposit is required for the remote control to the garage, this will be refunded on return of remote control.
- A washing machine is included for your use. Bathroom towels are for the Bathroom, not to be taken outside the property. If you require Beach towels, these can be provided for hire at 5 euros each. Swimming pool heating is 30 euros a day, or 150 euros for the week. Payments for extra facilities is payable locally at the accommodation in cash.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
