Aerobus from airport has a bus stop 300 meters from the building entrance.REMARKSThe apartment is located in a high-density residential area with commerce and services where there is potential noise from traffic and neighboring service buildings, especially during the day and if the windows are open.We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.CONDITIONS1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.5. Any malfunctions, incidents or faults in the initial cleaning must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be checked and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Issues reported late for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
