Tastefully decorated, this lovely house with 80m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

There are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and access to a balcony. The balcony is a great place to relax and take in the fresh air. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the heart of Funchal, this area offers the perfect blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and local charm. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the iconic Funchal Cathedral, a 15th-century architectural gem known for its Gothic design and detailed wooden ceiling. Nearby, the Sacred Art Museum showcases a stunning collection of Flemish paintings and religious artefacts, offering a glimpse into the city’s artistic heritage.

For nature lovers, the Madeira Botanical Garden is perched on the hillside, boasting over 2,000 plant species and breathtaking panoramic views of the city and coastline. You can also take the scenic cable car ride from the city centre up to Monte, where the Monte Palace Tropical Garden awaits with exotic plants, tranquil ponds, and African-inspired sculptures.

The surrounding area is filled with local experiences, from the colourful Mercado dos Lavradores, where you can taste exotic fruits and regional delicacies, to the nearby Marina do Funchal, a popular departure point for dolphin and whale watching tours. For a day by the sea, Almirante Reis Beach is just moments away, offering a relaxed atmosphere to unwind.

This part of Funchal provides not only easy access to key attractions like Pico do Arieiro and the vibrant historic centre but also the serenity and charm that make Madeira a unique island destination.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

The Madeira Airport is just a 20-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
