The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each including a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

Two bathrooms with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely balcony, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 4th floor and the building has elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the charming area of São Martinho, this location offers an ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and Madeiran character. It’s a peaceful yet well-connected area, close to the ocean, with beautiful coastal walks and a vibrant promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. Guests can enjoy easy access to relaxing seaside spots and local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Funchal.

The area is known for its pleasant atmosphere, where visitors can experience the local lifestyle while remaining near shopping centres, beaches, and public transport. Whether you want to unwind by the sea, explore cultural landmarks, or enjoy traditional cuisine, São Martinho perfectly balances relaxation and city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. Free parking is available in the building.

The nearest bus station, Vereda da Vargem S (71), is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
