This cozy 3-bedroom house is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. With 150m² of space spread across two floors, it offers a spacious and comfortable environment for all. Please note that to access the house, guests will need to climb a set of stairs.

The living room on the ground floor is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, providing the ideal spot for unwinding after a day of exploring. The dining area, located within the living room, has a large table perfect for family meals and gatherings. Just beyond, you'll find an inviting barbecue area with a traditional brick oven, where you can enjoy grilling while sharing meals at the nearby table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware. For added convenience, there's also a bathroom on this floor for easy access.

Upstairs, the house features three well-appointed bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The third bedroom comes with two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Each room is designed for maximum comfort, with soft linens and ample space to relax. There's also a second bathroom on this floor, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Step outside to the terrace, where you'll find a charming outdoor space with comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying meals or drinks in the fresh air. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a sunny afternoon or a peaceful evening, this terrace is the ideal place to unwind.

The property includes private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their own vehicles.

The property is situated in the Livramento district of Funchal, Madeira, an area renowned for its residential charm and proximity to several of the island's notable attractions. The Madeira Botanical Garden, approximately 3 kilometres northeast, showcases a diverse collection of Indigenous and exotic plant species across eight hectares, offering visitors a serene environment to explore.

To the southwest, the historic Mercado dos Lavradores, or Farmers' Market, is about 2.5 kilometres away. Housed in a building constructed between 1939 and 1940, this vibrant market features a variety of stalls selling fresh produce, flowers, and local delicacies, providing a lively atmosphere for both locals and tourists.

A short distance further southwest lies the Fort of São Tiago, a 17th-century military fort with distinctive yellow walls. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the fort now serves as a cultural venue, offering panoramic views of Funchal and its harbour.

Additionally, Santa Catarina Park, approximately 3 kilometres south, is one of Funchal's largest public parks. Featuring lush greenery, walking paths, and aviaries, the park provides a tranquil escape with views of the bay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Antes Rampa Santana, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
