The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delightful home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also at your disposal for added convenience.

The apartment offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a wardrobe, while the other two rooms are furnished with queen-size beds. All beds are dressed in luxurious, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable night’s sleep.

The modern bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing all you need to refresh and feel at home.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Located on the second floor with elevator access, the apartment combines convenience with sophistication.

Please note that the apartment is located on a lively street, so some noise may be heard at times.

In this area, you’re steps away from the charming Old Town, the iconic Sé Cathedral, and the bustling Mercado dos Lavradores. Stroll through beautiful gardens like Jardim Municipal or enjoy the stunning views from the Madeira Cable Car. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
