Ideal for business or leisure, it offers comfort and convenience for up to 6 guests: two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), each with a bathroom and shower, plus a sofa bed in the living area. Features include a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, guest toilet, cable TV, and Wi-Fi throughout. Building has no elevator.

Quick access to restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and supermarkets. Close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal’s Old Town, and the Cathedral. Many attractions are within walking distance (cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.). Barreirinha and São Tiago beaches are about 15 minutes away on foot.
GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). Car rentals are easy to navigate to the address. Bus stop is 2 minutes away.

Full access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
Support available at all times. Guests have access to an app with property and local information.
OTHER NOTES
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior).
- Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.
TOURIST TAX
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), is charged. Payment link provided at check-in.

• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.
A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
