This flat refurbished in 2021 has as an asset the excellent terrace where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area, despite being very close to the city centre of Funchal.
With two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, this property accommodates up to 6 people, making use of the sofa bed.
Easy to reach, from here you can easily access the speedway and also services.
Enjoy the terrace and the sun on the south side of our island, set off to discover and enjoy Funchal and Madeira.

AREA
Guests have easy access to several restaurants in the vicinity. There is a small café and a bakery within a five-minute walk. Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are within a fifteen-minute walk away.
This flat is close to the Lavradores Market, Funchal Old Town and the Cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of our beautiful city. (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...)

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).

- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Beau complexe et bel appartement. Relativement bien situé. Idéal pour une famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) Je déconseille pour 4 adultes en raison du fait qu’une des chambres est relativement petite et qu’une des deux salles de bain est également petite (surtout la douche).L’appartement est bien équipé et les principales commodités sont relativement proches.

Großzügige Wohnung in semizentraler Lage

Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung ist äußerst angenehm. Da wir nur 4 Tage dort waren und in dieser Zeit überhaupt nicht gekocht haben, können wir die Küchenausstattung nicht bewerten.Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls großzügig - hier sieht man allerdings, dass das Objekt schon ein bisschen "in die Jahre gekommen ist".Da die Parkplatzsituation in Funchal eher schlecht ist und wir wegen einer Gehbehinderung nicht zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen konnten, haben wir den preiswerten Fahrdienst "Bolt" genutzt...könnt ihr ja mal googeln. Unser Mietwagen blieb also allabendlich in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage, und eine Bewertung zur Fußläufigkeit ist uns aus angeführten Gründen ebenfalls nicht möglich.Insgesamt gab es für uns nichts jedenfalls zu meckern!
