Listing not as discribed. Poor communication.

Listing says parking available but they do not offer parking. The listing say it sleeps 6 but we ran out of hot water in under 10 min. Requires you to pick up the keys from a lockbox that is not near the property. Very inconvenient and this is only told to you after you book and just before check-in. Only offered us one key to access the unit. Host was not communicative or helpful on check-in date.
