Renovation required

One shower unusable due to leak into lower apartment. Water in shower would only run hot after a significant period of time. Waste of water. Bathrooms in need of urgent renovation. Curtains in 1 bedroom tatty & didn’t cover the windows to keep out the light. Extra charges for use e.g. of washing machine, iron!Nearly €100 more than an apartment in the same block that our friends stayed in which didn’t have any problems & didn’t incur extra charges for use e.g of washing machine, iron.

Very central and easy access to all of Madeira’s beautiful spots.Property in need of refurbishment.

The apartment was within walking distance of Funchal centre. Very spacious but in need of refurbishment. Particularly in need of comfortable seating both inside and on terrace. Very well equipt for self catering. Pool area really lovely and well maintained.

Fantastic apartment with stunning views!

This apartment will not disappoint, it's very spacious, has all the amenities you could wish for when self catering, it its very close to the city centre, you can walk in about 10 mins. The view's from the apartment are just stunning! The communal area and pool was excellent and kept very clean and tidy. Parking in the garage underneath the apartment block is handy although like I say it's so close to the city centre you don't need a car unless you want to see other parts of the island. The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful, check in and out was not problem. If I were to say there was any negatives it is the bed's were very very hard however a hard bed to one person is not to another.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das hat alles gut gepasst! Große Wohnung (ca. 100 m 2), schön und praktisch eingerichtet, 2 tolle Balkone mit rundum-Blick über Funchal. Pool auch schön (unbeheizt). Wohnung im 3. Stock, daher recht ruhig, nur ab und zu Motorradfahrer, Hunde oder hupende Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Betten sehr hart. Supermarkt, Mercado, R. Santa Maria und Hafen fußläufig. Schön, um abends noch mal rauszugehen. Leider konnte Garage entgegen der Beschreibung nicht genutzt werden und Waschmaschine war kostenpflichtig. WLAN sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Begleitung.
