Very clean property, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food in terms of variety and quality. Amazing views over the sea, great location to set out from to explore Madeira and exceptional guest relations staff who can organise any service or excursion you like. Will definitely be back.

Good standard rooms, friendly staff, nightly happy hour ! good breakfast. Regular shuttle bus into town. Several nearby restaurants of a good standard.

Elegant Hotel to feel confortable

Pros: Elegance, breakfast buffet, happy hour with double portion of drinks. Quiet!
Cons: Details of cleanliness of the rooms
Location: 4-5 km on the west of Funchal centre, with some nice Shopping centres, beach, nice to walk.
Personalized questions and demands are treated very quickly and with a smile. The employees do everything to create a confortable feeling. Very tastefull Interieur and a very nice garden! Very complete and tastefull breakfast buffet.

Grand in every sense

Great hotel, fabulous location, warm service, breathtaking views. the breakfast is a highlight with free flowing sparkling wine! The gardens are lovely with lots of different type of flowers. The pools are clean. It truly is one of the best.

Nice hotel, but not worth 5 starts. Good 4 stars hotel. I would go again. Best things: the view, peaceful location with nearby great promenades with this amazing view, nice pool area and little garden.

Das Hotel ist seine 5 Sterne nicht würdig weil Empfang sehr unfreundlich, servierpersonal ungeschult (ok für 3 Sterne), Gym schmuddelig mit alten Geräten & wenig bis keine Auswahl.
