Século XXI-U, a Home in Madeira

Século ⅩⅩⅠ is a modern, airy apartment with plenty of light and is ideal for two people.

The apartment has 65 m² and comprises a bedroom, living room with dining table and kitchenette, spacious bathroom with bathtub, a spacious balcony with sea view and private parking.

The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is located in a residential area close to the main tourist zone of Funchal. About 300 m away where there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attractions. It is about 500 metres from the Lido Swimming Complex and the Lido Promenade, and 1000 m from the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the Lido area, bus stops next to the building and is easy to drive to and from the main roads.



NOTES

The car park is suitable for smaller vehicles (length up to 4 metres). For longer vehicles it may be difficult to manoeuvre when parking.

Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.

The use of insect repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when moving around the island.

Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive and then weekly maintenance cleaning is performed, which includes changing bed linen and towels.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties are not permitted nor behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours, mainly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree on the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document at the time of arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking to verify compliance and have appropriate measures taken.

This apartment offers its guests a garden, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
