Casa do Loureiro is a beautifully renovated 3-storey villa in Funchal, Madeira, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city. Thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail, the property feels like a true home away from home.

My group of 6 from Nevada stayed 4 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Hosts Clara and Roberto greeted us upon arrival and gave us pertinent useful information about the house and area. A wonderful collection of welcome gifts was a pleasant surprise. The property itself is beautiful with artful design furnishings throughout. Location - there is a bakery and a market both a 5 minute walk from house. We rented a car and parked it on property off the street. The 3rd floor rooftop deck provides an awesome view of the city and ocean. Thanks for an A experience

Casa Do Loureiro was spacious, very clean, and very well decorated. It was comfortable, and included a third floor outdoor balcony with a view of the Atlantic and surrounding neighborhood. There were a couple of bus stops within blocks of the apartment, making it relatively easy to make to downtown Funchal (a 20-minute ride).Beyond the property, the host (Clara, an artist) was outstanding... very considerate, responsive, and professional. We were all terribly impressed with her.
