In a building inaugurated in 2021, this property has been equipped and decorated so that you can rent and enjoy a lot of comfort while in Funchal and Madeira.

With two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, this flat accommodates a maximum of 6 people, making use of the sofa bed in the living room. The living room and kitchen (fully equipped) open space privileges the space and natural light, combined with access to a spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the sea. Here you can enjoy the sunset overlooking Cabo Girão.

Area

Located in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this flat is close to a pleasant promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the shopping centre Forum Madeira, which has several spaces of recognized international brands and cinemas.

Nearby, there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy and international cuisine. In addition to the nearest options, you may also go to Funchal city centre (seven minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants.

About five hundred meters from the flat is Praia Formosa, a suggestive beach for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand.

Getting around

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Other observations
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
- Cleaning during the stay is carried out weekly, as well as changing clothes, towels and consumables. If you want extra cleaning, the service will be charged separately at an affordable price. For stays of less than seven nights, weekly cleaning or changing clothes and replacing consumables will not be carried out.

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
