Spend relaxing days in our lovingly designed holiday apartments in beautiful Villnöss. Sustainability, cleanliness, and mutual respect are not just words for us, but part of our daily life on the family-run farm.



A special highlight is the natural interaction with our animals: two dogs guard the farm, other animals move freely on the grounds. This authentic farm experience is part of our philosophy – and you are invited to take part in it.



Check-in & Check-out – For a smooth process



Key handover takes place by 8:00 p.m. at the latest. Contactless arrival is only possible by prior arrangement. Please complete the online check-in before arrival and inform us of your arrival time. Access is permitted exclusively for registered guests. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.



Sustainability & House Rules



Please read our house rules carefully and note:

- Please separate waste diligently

- Leave the apartment in a tidy condition

- As a self-catering accommodation, we are only personally available to a limited extent – all information will be provided to you in advance



Our dogs are part of farm life – their barking is as well. If you appreciate this, you are exactly right with us. If not, we understand if you choose another accommodation.



Important Information



Our access road leads over typical mountain roads – in winter, winter tyres and snow chains are required. Smoking is only allowed outdoors – never near the hay barn. Please dispose of cigarette butts only in the designated ashtrays on the balcony.
