In the 400 m2 fully fenced garden, guests have a 36 m2 saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasols, a whirlpool, garden furniture for outdoor dining, a covered brick barbecue and a covered bicycle storage area for shared use. The landlord lives on the ground floor of the house and there are several parking spaces directly in front of the house.
