I had a wonderful stay at Fenix West Furano. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need — a full kitchen with complete cooking tools, utensils, and even laundry facilities. Rooms were clean with amenities. Service staff (Dorothy) is friendly and helped recommend dining places and things to do around Furano. It’s convenient if you have a car and parking was not an issue as there’s a large parking area about 3-5 mins away by foot if you can’t parked at the smaller carpark beside the hotel. It’s just around a ski slope but we didn’t make use of that since we went in summer.

Liked that it was spacious and new. We felt very comfortable in the suite. Staff spoke excellent English. But the carpark had very limited lots and the assigned carpark which is a walk away with no shelter, is not convenient if it is raining.
