The living room, also graced with a panoramic window, provides a sophisticated space for relaxation. The first bedroom is a double room complete with a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating, with direct access to a balcony. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and both open onto a balcony, making them ideal for families or groups.

On the lower ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace.
