Self contained suite with private entry with shared hot tub. Located near the ferry and village with all amenities, this suite is surrounded by forest with its own bathroom and living space. The main area is a large open space containing a pullout queen size futon, twin size bed, closet and small dining area. The bedroom has one queen bed with ensuite. You will find a private sitting area with five lounge chairs in the backyard.
This is a new home and things are freshly painted, clean and well kept. This is a great suite for longer stays and getaways as it has everything you need to make your stay a home away from home. There is no kitchen in this suite but BBQ is available and the suite contains basic dishes mini fridge and dishwasher. The home is very close to the village where you will find all amenities and a short 3 minute drive from the ferry.

Quiet times between 10pm and 8 am, TV low and voices. We are on cistern, please be conservative with water, short showers. Only TP in toilet (septic)
Hot Tub hours 4pm and 10pm. Adults and children over the age of 12. Showering Mandatory. No Food No Drink allowed in or near the tub.
Don't leave pets alone in suite. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Guest is responsible for removing pet hair from bedding. Dogs under 50 lbs.
