Nice location but not the best hotel

Location was pretty good, just across the road from the beach and halfway between Gaeta & Formia. Our room was good & well appointed with a decent sized bathroom. The grounds of the Hotel were well kept with hundred of lemon and orange trees. I was annoyed that I had to pay for the use of a travel cot for our son. The breakfast was much less than I had expected! We had stayed so where the night before which cost far less the the breakfast was amazing... On a while it wasn't a bad stay but never felt comfortable.
