Room Service Robbed us 200 dollars cash during stay. Hate to bring something like this up because the staff was otherwise great. Front desk was always great, even Room Service Management handled this well when I brought it up. But I can’t say much else when our stay was marred by being robbed. If you stay here, make sure you put DND on door and don’t trust Room Service.

I’ve been to another loft hotel and that one had more amenities. This one seems ran down compared to the last loft hotel. Great service though, appreciate the later check out time.
