Every single staff member we spoke with or had any interaction with was friendly, kind, and helpful. They were quick with extra-anything we needed. We appreciated the option to reduce our carbon footprint with less room cleaning during our stay, and the front desk was always happy to give us extra towels, as needed. The building was clean and comfortable. The rooms were clean. 100% would stay here again.

I inadvertently booked an accessible room. It appeared to not be used often. The Shower faucet was hard to operate with low pressure. The toilet needed to be plunged at 9 PM!!! Unheard of! The bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice. It was strange as the property looked nice.

Property was clean and queit. Beautiful sceen around. One issue with the bathroom had mold in-between tiles and shower curtains too short spreading water all over the bathroom. There was alot of dust around the fridge.

The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was good. However, our room was dirty and the bathroom filthy! The floor looked like it was never cleaned- dirt in the corners, behind the toilet. At the top of the bowl, there was black mold ring at the top. The bathtub had brown stains on the bottom. We asked on Saturday morning to get the bathroom cleaned, but nothing was cleaned.

This is a nice hotel with a great hot breakfast, nice pool, spa, and patio, and really comfortable rooms. While it might seem far from the center of Gainesville, not being near Archer Road and all the traffic of that area made it super easy to get around where we needed to go. We'll definitely try to stay here again.

I typed all of this and then decided to come back up to the top to tell you; stop looking at the other hotels and stay here. You won’t be sorry. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the hotel was very impressive. It was clean, spacious, quiet. The pool and hot tub were very nice also. You cannot find a room this nice, for this price…anywhere. Quality Inn wanted $20 less, and half of the front windows were busted out and covered with plywood. Crack heads and homeless all over the place. I have nothing against homeless people. I’m just saying, what a difference 3 miles and $20 made. I highly recommend this BW hotel.
