- There is a public ramp a mile from our dock

- Margaritaville is about 30-35 minutes away by boat
- Pelican Pete's is about 15 minutes by boat
- This is Georgia - please don't be alarmed by the occasional ant, frog, lizard, spider or other wildlife
- Deer can be spotted almost every evening on the property

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather dishes into the kitchen. No need to load or start the dishwasher, just make sure they all make it back into the kitchen.
Leave used beds unmade, and used towels on the bathroom floors.
All trash could go in the black trash can on the back deck. Please don’t forget the bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Awesome property for families with kids. Tons of games for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Coffee bars on each floor are well stocked for most any coffee lover. Very quiet property surrounded by forest that allows for no noise from neighbors. If you are going to use the dock on the lake it is a bit of a hike down a steep hill and of course back up to the property. You cannot see the dock from the house. Multiple decks at the house are well stocked with comfortable outside furniture. Miniature golf course on site is an awesome option. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is 10 minutes from downtown Gainesville, GA.
