Unwind and recharge in this welcoming studio apartment located in the heart of Gainesville. The studio is located in a quiet family neighborhood just off a main avenue. The space features a queen-size bed and a futon for one extra guest, along with a compact bathroom that includes a narrow shower. Guests will enjoy the pretty decor, peaceful atmosphere, and the natural setting surrounded by trees and local wildlife. The studio has its own private entrance with a few steps leading in, and dedicated parking for one car is available (additional parking on request).

The kitchenette makes it easy to prepare light meals and includes a portable burner, microwave, fridge, air fryer, and coffee maker, while other conveniences like heating, AC, hair dryer, and iron are provided to make your stay more comfortable. Although the unit shares a wall with the main house, it is completely private, and guests have access to the studio and parking area only.

The location is very central, putting you close to all that Gainesville has to offer: just 10 minutes to the University of Florida, Shands Hospital. Only 5 minutes to North Florida Hospital and The Oaks Mall.
