I booked that hotel for my friends. I leave all of my credit card information under this reservation. However, the reception desk insist asking my friend to pay again using his credit card. My friend tried to convince them that I have already paid for it. But they don’t buy it. Hence, my friend decide to leave that hotel. Today, when I check my credit card account, that hotel also charged my account for 114 dollars. This is frustrating and unacceptable.
