I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised EV charging, but that wasn’t the case. The EV charger at the hotel was out of service. While there was a Tesla charging station at the Mobile station next door (I don't own a Tesla), I would have stayed somewhere else with a working EV charger had I known. Lesson learned—next time I’ll call ahead to confirm before booking.

The staff was great but the room smelled bad like dirty socks, the tv would work for awhile then lose picture but had sound turn it off for a bit and picture would come back, in the bathroom toilet paper holders were falling off the wall, wall paper was in bad shape with tears in it and tile in the corners of the floor seemed to either not been cleaned or had some mold on them. The room had no chair except for desk chair. I don’t think this room was worth the money they charged

Was given 3 different rooms. Every one of them had not been cleaned. Ended up in a king, but shower and tv did not work. Needless to say, we did not pay for our room. Waiting to get my points back from Expedia. Worst experience ever in a hotel. Marriott do better!
