Good made-to-order breakfast menu. Quick service. Staff were great. Rooms we had had wall unit AC. We had no issues but our experience with wall-unit AC is that if you’re not really on top of the cleaning maintenance, they tend to get moldy and make us sick. We didn’t wake up with sore throats and sinus infections, so I think this facility was on top of maintenance

The front staff was so nice and helpful. Fast efficient check-in. We were there for the UT/UF football game and the girls at the front desk said if we couldn't find a parking spot around the hotel to come back in and they would help us figure something out. We found a parking spot. The room was nice and very clean. Housekeeping stopped by and even though we didn't need the room cleaned on Saturday gave us extra towels and toilet paper. The hotel was super convenient and close to campus and the stadium. All in all a great property and a great stay.

While the room was clean, it smelled strongly of mold and pets who had stayed in the room previously. The AC was sketchy at best and the room was more humid than outside. I was also concerned by the number of homeless hanging in the parking lot when we arrived. Staff was lovely

I love staying at the Holiday Inn! Rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly and accommodating with anything you need or any questions you have. Great location walking distance to UF and other restaurants.. love Paisano‘s Italian restaurant right next-door to Holiday Inn. Definitely always my first choice when staying in Gainesville to visit my son at UF.. i’ve been up to Gainesville five times and three of those stays were at Holiday Inn and will continue to stay there when visiting. Shout out to Melissa front desk super friendly answered all my questions.!
