Great location

Hotel is modern and beds are comfortable. It’s a short distance to the UF campus. Has restaurants next to it including an ice cream shop. The pool area is nice too. The street crowds can be noisy but hotel provided ear plugs in each room. We didn’t find the noise to be distracting.

I loved the hotel and the location, plenty of food and drinks in walkable distance. However, this leads to lots of nighttime noise, and the worse part is the parking. There is not a lot for the hotel, you are almostbforced to do valet. Or your choice is a parking garage a few blocks away or hope you can find a parking spot along the street, but make sure you follow the city parking rules.

Downtown Location

I enjoyed my stay while visiting my son and his wife. The location is convenient. It is surrounded by local restaurants and shops. The hotel is nicely updated and clean. The rooms are spacious and homey. Everyone was friendly. I highly recommend it

Our room was on the 2nd floor. Early in the morning we were woke up by loud noises from the dining room. It went on for hours and we couldn’t sleep. Parking is very inconvenient. You have to drive around the block until the valet can run out to the road…no place to pull in or self-park.

We got there late around 12am and the main door was closed so we had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come open the door for us. They have a $30 valet. There were only cold Sandwiches at that time. Area was downtown so it was busy and noisy. Earplugs were provided. Staff were ok. Breakfast was amazing.
